본 지원은 KT 천안지사와 호서대학교 간 협약을 통해 신입 외국인 유학생에게 제공되는 혜택이오니, 아래 내용을 확인하시기 바랍니다.
□ 지원 대상

2026학년도 2학기 신입 외국인 유학생 중 국내 휴대폰 미개통자

이미 휴대폰을 개통한 경우, 외국인등록증 발급 전에는 추가 개통이 어렵습니다.
※ 외국인등록증 발급 전 여권을 통한 개통은 통신 3사(KT, SKT, LG U+) 통합 1회선으로 제한됩니다.

개강 이후 KT 천안지사에서 본교를 방문하여 외국인 유학생 대상 휴대폰 개통 업무를 진행할 예정입니다.

KT mobile service benefits are available for new international students entering Hoseo University for the Fall 2026 semester.
These benefits are provided to new international students through an agreement between Hoseo University and the KT Cheonan Branch. Please read the following information carefully before applying.
□ Eligibility

New international students for the Fall 2026 semester who have not yet activated a mobile phone service in Korea

If you have already activated a mobile service, it may be difficult to activate an additional line before receiving your Alien Registration Card (ARC).
※ Before receiving an ARC, mobile activation using a passport is limited to one line in total across the three major Korean mobile carriers (KT, SKT, and LG U+).
□ On-Campus Mobile Activation

After the semester begins, representatives from the KT Cheonan Branch will visit Hoseo University to provide on-campus mobile activation services for international students.
