Department of Korean Language and Culture
The Department of Korean Language and Culture fosters talents who will lead the globalization of Korean language culture and Korean education and Korean language culture. To this end, we are operating specialized education programs to develop expertise in Korean language culture, Korean language teaching ability as a foreign language, and Korean language culture and educational content production.
Department of English Language and Literature
The Department of English Language and Literature provides a comprehensive understanding of 1)the nature and structure of English language, 2)the wide variety of literary works written in English, 3)American & British culture, and 4)the theory and practice of English education. The department also offers practical courses required for professional works, such as international tourism and world trade. The English department students learn English not only as a global language but also as a future discipline that converges humanities and sciences, which leads to the improvement in communicative skills and development in creativity. The students are expected to advance into various career fields as one pleases.
Department of Chinese Studies
Department of Chinese studies is a department that provides comprehensive education on Chinese regional studies such as trade, business, culture, tourism, economy, society, history, and culture as well as Chinese to train Chinese experts. An internal track is installed to operate pre-requisite and post-requisite courses for each internal track.
Department of Law, Police and Public Administration
The Department of Law and Police and Public Administration is a department that aims to educate police officers and social leaders necessary to establish a just and safe country and society. Division of Social Welfare
Social Welfare Studies is a practical study that leads to social change by exploring various social problems faced by various populations and preparing measures to prevent and solve them.
Social Welfare Track
This course teaches knowledge and solutions to solve problems such as poverty and violence in social welfare targets such as the disabled, women, children and the elderly.
Senior Welfare for the Elderly Track
The goal is to nurture senior welfare professionals who respond professionally to future aging issues. On this track, students can systematically train not only the knowledge and theory of welfare for the elderly, but also the theory and practice related to the silver industry and grow into an expert in welfare for the elderly.
Department of Youth Culture & Counseling
This department aims to educate youth cultural activity experts(Youth Instructor Level 2) and youth counseling experts(Youth Manager Level 3) according to the Youth Basic Act. In addition, under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, a curriculum to train professional counselors and second-class full-time teachers is also operated. In addition, by allowing students to acquire various qualifications in addition to obtaining the qualifications prescribed by law (recreation instructor, balloon art expert, lifelong education teacher, etc.), it also increases the chances and possibilities for career and employment after graduation from the department.

Industrial psychology is a practical study directly related to 'selection', 'deployment', 'education', 'assessment' of organizational personnel, and closely related to 'organization diagnosis' and 'organization development'.
